Knocking Sound

I think i have a problem!! whenever i turn the steering wheel, most times i get this knocking sound from the steering. Its doesnt happen all the time but 8 out 10 times it does, it also does it when i hit a bump or take a corner going about 25 or soo. if you have any ides what it might be, please help me out. Thanks alot

Possibly could be worn top strut mounts.These are a high failure part in the suspension.Causes knocking and indirect steering feel.

probably could be a worn out shaft...do check that
