Losing Engine Coolant

Hello,
This is the first audi i have owned i have a 1992 2.0E audi 80 and i am losing all of my water and coolant from what looks like a shiny circular disk on the engine block just below the exhaust manifold could some one please tell me what this is and is it easy to fix.

Hi there, it sounds like you have a core plug leaking..the parts are relatively cheap but can be costly to repair if a lot of stripping down is required for access to the leaking core plug..bear in mind that the other core plugs on the engine may not be far behind.
