Default 1987 5000s No spark

Alright, I have an 87 5000s 2.3L. I bought the car a few days ago as is for $300 body and interior are mint, new exhaust and tranny. Towed it home, put in new battery and turned it over, started. shut it off and returned later. Turned it over again and no start just clicking. Charged my battery up and started to turn over again but no start. Checked for spark, no spark. Replaced distributor rotor, cap, plugs, wires tightened the alternator belt (really loose)and new ignition coil, still no spark. Voltmeter reading on ignition coil power stage reads 0.19 volts. What can be my problem be? need new distributor or ignition control unit? any info will be helpful. Thnx
