I actually have a similiar problem....When its really cold out it fires right up...which is due to the cold start injector kicking in and working well.
When its a temperature thats not too cold, the car will crank and crank and crank, until it finally turns over and fires up. If i turn the car off and turn it back on, right after a startup though it will fire up right away. Your issue to me seems like a fuel issue. I have been told that the culprit to this problem is a leaky check valve (which is located on top of the fuel pump) I have also been told that leaky injectors can cause this. I have yet to figure out the problem, but try going to SJM Autotechnik, Audi Parts Specialist, 503-244-2834, Audi Quattro Parts, VW Parts, BMW Parts Its a great site with a ton of info...search around and see what u can find. Also check your private messages for another message i sent you regarding your problem. |
