1990 V8 Quattro no start condition!!

Okay, so my V8Q hasnt started for months now and its frustrating. It will crank and crank, but not start. I replaced the fuel pump, and fuel pump relay, but to no avail. I was wondering if anybody has had a similar issue, maybe some tips to where to look next.

Okay, so i pulled a trouble code of 4411
which means its a cylinder #1, or 1&5 injectors.
Anyone have any experiance testing a injector to see if it is good or bad?
Also, if I remove the injector will I need to replace the o-ring on it or will I be able to use it again as long as I dont damage it?

wondered if you got this figured out yet? i have it on my urs4.

The V8's are known to have bad pressure regulators, but usually that condition dumps fuel down the cylinders after it sits for a while. You did check the timing belt right? It's a bad day if they go when the engine is running. i have a spare fuel injector rail with injectors if you need just one or two let me know.
