On my Saturn (yes), I built a turbo setup using the K26-6 from a 5000 CS as well as the wastegate. Recently oil started leaking from the center cartridge and out the exhaust pipe a little. I'm trying to figure out which years/models Had the K26-6, K26-8, and any other turbo model that has the same flange as the K26. To my understanding, the K26-8 is an exact replica of the #6 except the compressor is larger. Can anyone confirm this?
I'm just needed to know because I'd like to buy a 2nd K26-6 or -8 and rebuild one and have one for backup. |
