Ok need a little help. I got the tranny back in my car and everything back together. I had to replace the clutch master cylinder, so the whole clutch line in dry. I can't get any fluid to flow. I put a vacuum pump on the bleeder on the slave and pumped and pumped, no fluid. I pulled the hose off the master and it is still dry, so I put the pump on that hose and pumped but still no fluid.
What do I try now?

I also need to know what to use for hydraulic fluid, the level is at the min line so I know going to need more, don't know if that is the problem either.

On most audi's you can't vacuum bleed the clutch. I ran into the same problem on my 80. The easiest way to bleed it is get a small hand pump oiler, and some 5/16" clear fuel line. Put the fuel line on the end of the pump oiler, fit the other end on the bleeder. Fill the oiler with brake fluid, crack the bleeder and pump away. All it does is force fluid backwards in the system. Vacuum bleeding sucks the clutch master cylinder piston shut.
