A Little Help Here? 5kcsq

first i just bought a 1987 5kcsq and on the very top front of the turbo there is something missing producing a round hole where something should go? idleaircontrol or something??

second what would be all needed to do a 20v head swap swap onto my 5000? and are these things readily available?

any help is welcome. thanx

I recently sold my 87 5000cs quattro, you got a ? ask i still have my dealer mechanic books for that car, well what is missing can you get a pic for me so I can see it there are so many hose that run threw this its not funning be aware, the car, relies on the vacuum system, to test your vacum, run the car and pull the oil dip stick out, the car should either die or almost die.

the 20 v head would be nice but the mounting for the exhaust manifold and intake are totally different because the none of the 20v were turboed
