How do I set the adjustments for idle higher and gas mixture lower on my 1986 5000cdturbo 5 speed to . I am presently burning to high hydrocarbons for the emissions test (6 where 1.5 is the max co) and haved replaced the o2 sensor.

urq20v is an unknown quantity at this point

There is a screw in the throttle body for setting idle mixture.Sometime its hidden by a plug.There is also an adjustment on the top of the K-Jet Injection distributor head.Needs a hex key to adjust.
