emmission warning light

Hi
i have a a3 1.9 tdi 2004 and the emmission warning light has come on any one know what this means is it serious and should i still drive the car

So long as it's not flashing you are ok to drive but you need to have a diagnosis check on it.

Think you must take a trip too your nearest Audi workshop (just in case).
