Dear All,
I have recently bought a 2007 A3 Tdi 2.0 170 3 door. When i go to unlock it with the remote key fob it only unlocks the driver's door initially and you have to press the fob once more to open the passenger door. I am pretty sure there is a way you can configure the car to unlock both doors simultaneously when you press the key fob once. On my mate's new TT he can set this on the Multi Function Trip computer by pressing the "Reset" button on the indicator stalk a few times and then going into the Setup menu for the car. However on the A3 this Setup menu is reduced and does not include door lock options. Is there a way? ![]() |

This is set at the factory as to comply with the vehicles thatcham security rating, if any mods are carried out you must inform your insurance company,it's why Audi is classed very high when it comes to security.
