Looking for A3

I am looking for a well specked A3/A4 at the moment. Seen a few nice ones but there are certain things I would like in my new car. N
New style front Grille
Quattro
Leather
Xeons
Maybe DVD sat Nav
Engine wise I have been looking at the 3.2, but also consider the 2.0T, but the one I think I would like is the 170bhp TDI. Saw a nice 3.2 with everything on it priced at £20000 on a 54 plate(2 years old) with 15000 miles. The only thing is I think I would prefer diesel. Whats the 140bhp TDI engine like to try and open up more options. I would like to try and stay in the above price range if poss.

What things are best to look out for when buying and are there any things that people have on the cars they they could not live with now?
