Concert Bose Sound System

Hi

I have a two week ols A3 Sportsback 3.2 v6 Quatro with Bose sound. Initially it sounded great and then its like the subwoofer (and rear speakers) just gone down. They work but is not as prominent as they were. Frankly it now souns awfull, if want my sub back.. The dealers ordered a new sub but I am not convinced that is the problem...??

is it just the sub or all the rear speakers

difficult to say but im inclined to think the rears are also much less punchy than what they should be

Sounds like this could be a faulty amp that powers the rear of the car? I know non bose systems have an amp that power the rears and the sub, not sure what the setup for the BOSE system is though...
