Default dump valves

Hello everybody im new to this forum. I have an audi S3 2000 model, i want to know if fitting a Forge splitter dump valve can affect the the boost on the car for example on acceleration, experiencing a jerking like taking your foot on and off the pedal quickly.

it shouldn't affect the pressure but make sure the valve is set to proper settings so it dumps and recirculates at the right time there are different springs you can install into them for different loads (psi)

You need a dump valve that recirculates the air. The ecu doesn’t really like the loss in pressure. What will happen tho is you won’t have the discharge sound but a far better than the plastic oem valve.

the ECU hates it when it doesn't have a diverter valve. I disconnected the diverters to see what it would sound like and when i got off the gas the rpms would dip so low the motor would almost cut out.
