Default Rear wash leaks

Hey guys thanks for reading this:

When i use my rear wash, the water only seldomly comes out of the jet and if it does, very weak. The other times i can hear the sound of the pump but no water from the jet.
I opened up the back, and noticed that there was no water coming through the pipes into the pump.

And i also noticed that almost ALL of the liquid that i try to spray, ends up under the hood under the front of the car. From what seems like the left front wheel.

As im quite bad when it comes to whats under the hood, i was wondering where is the leak most likely stemming from? where should i look?

Thanks so much guys!!

Default rear jet

iv had the same problem. a pipe is disconnected from were the air filter it. remove the top of the air filter lid and filter. the the bottom box is held by 2 bolts remove them and totally remove the bottom air filter. them you have a black trunking under this that goes up to the pollen filter remove the lid and there is a pipe. use the rear wash jet and u will see which pipe is disconnected reconnect and it will click together and you sorted. then test ur rear jet and put everything back together.

hi there mate,

i also had the same prob about a year ago. you could hear the jet, but no water, then when you opened the boot, a little bit of water trickeled out of the boot lid.

The Hose pipe behind the boot cover (where the inside handle is to close the boot is) has come off. to fix, unscrew the 2 screws near the handle, and ease off the boot lid cover (it will feel as though you are going to break it, but you wont) and then you will see the hose pipe, not attached the jet nozle. re-attach and push back the cover.

job done
