right guys i have and audi A3 1.8T sport on a X reg so late 2000 , think its the face lift model, i want to change my headunit to a panasonic one but i took out the original audi concert unit with a tape deck in there and it has 4 ISO connectors in there im pretty sure the red one with one cable in there does the link to information screen where the speedo is, but going horizontally next to the red ISO lead theres 3 more ISO leads there and in my new panasonic unit there are only two holes for connection, is there a lead adaptor i need or is one of them not in use if i change the unit????

Hi stowya3,
They may use ISO pattern connectors, but they're not ISO! There is an amp in the sub for the rear speakers and this requires power from the head unit. If you just plug your new unit into the existing harness you'll only get sound from the front speakers. You need a harness adaptor to make the rear set work properly, I got an Autoleads 06-104B harness adaptor and everything works a treat. Hope that helps Jon
