Hi
I can't help with the dash removal. But I am curious to know what you are going to do? Is it to slighly move the needle to that is sits dead on "12 o'clock" when warm? My 1.9TDI sits ever so slightly past "12 o'clock", but I've decided to live with it. Adrian |

Hi Adrian,
My guage currently sits at around 112 degrees, but the car isn't over heating. I've had it plugged into a diagnostic computer twice to try get it reset, but no joy. I've been told it may work by manually pushing the needle back to the start of the guage when the cars cold. But, I believe I might need a new instrument cluster (to eliminate the issue) and at a few hundred quid, I though i'd better try the cheap option. ![]() I could possibly live with this problem anyway, but thought it might be worth a shot, to see if it works. ![]() |
