Hi all u audi lovers,
Recently purchased my first Audi(1997 A3 1.6 Sport)Excellent motor, but suffering 1 fault. When pulling away in first gear at junctions/roundabouts etc it has a tendancy to drop the revs, even when giving it full thottle,a tad embarrasing as it usually cuts out.I have had it to Audi specialists & had numerous work done(air mass meter, plugs & leads, temp sensor, throttle housing stripped & cleaned)but unfortunately problem not cured.
Any of you knowledgeable Audi owners out there got any suggestions or been suffering the same problems.
Cheers,Gilly

well i know what it is

dirty petrol in the tank

which has made all the pipe work in ur car dirty

the only way it will stop is a treatment for your tank

and fill up ur tank jus after you put the treatment in!!!

Coil packs are £25 each.... you could buy one and put in cylinder 1 and run... if not better.. put in 2 and put the orginal back into 1 and so on.... normally its just one coil pack playing up.. i replaced all to ave issues in future....
