I have a 1999 Audi A3 1.8T. The mileage is 134000Km's and it has a full service history with the agents. About a week ago my speedometer started "jumping" up and down and then it just stopped working all together. At the same time my odometer stopped working as well. All my fuses are fine. Any ideas????

This is not uncommon I'm afraid. If it's not the fuse, then is most likely mechanical/sensor failure. An Audi dealer or specialist should know likely causes. Good luck.

I've had the same problem with my A4. Where the speedometer just goes up and down while I'm moving. At the traffic lihgts I stop and when I'm on the move again it seems to stop responding and the needle remains at 0. Please let me know how you got it fixed. It can be quite dangerous especially when speeding tickets.
