I HAVE, WHAT SEEMS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WITH MY A3 1.6 2002.
ALL THE ILLUMINATION ON THE DASH CLUSTER, RADIO, HEATING AND WINDOW SWITCHES ETC HAVE STOPPED WORKING WHEN YOU TURN THE LIGHTS ON. ALSO THE PETROL GAUGE AND DATE/CLOCK ARE PLAYING UP TOO. HOWEVER, IF YOUR REMOVE THE RELIVANT FUSE, (No.15 ON THE FUSE TABLE) AND THEN IMEDIATLEY PUT THE SAME ONE BACK IN EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECT. AND KEEPS ON WORKING UNTILL YOU LEAVE THE CAR OVERNIGHT AND THEN IT REVERTS BACK TO NOT WORKING.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON? COULD IT BE A LOOSE CONNECTION SOMEWHERE? SURELY IT CANT BE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE COLD WEATHER.

I JUST HOPE IT IS NOT THE DASH CLUSTER.
