Hi All,

If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated!

I've got the 50k service due next month and was wondering if anyone has any idea how much it might cost (I've had the car 10 months and it's my first service).

It's a S3 Quattro (210bhp) 2001.

Also, does anyone know when the cambelts should be changed (60k?)

Thanks.

I think the cambelt is due at 80k isn't it? That's when it's due on the 1.8T anyway

(unless there is a problem with them snapping early, like my old Alfa 156)

yeah you're right, cambelt change every 80k - thanks mate.

I've been quoted about £400, sounds a bit steep, any advice anyone?

For anyone who is interested I got the service done at an Audi Dealer for £288, this was a 50k longlife AVS service without any Haldex oil or filter changes and no brake fluid change.
