Help Opening The Dash

hi, i just bought an A3 99 model, could someone please tell me how to take off that front panle which is around the stereo, i can get to taking off the ash tray, unscrewing all those screws, popping off the bottom half of the panel, but then its stuck somewhere on the left and right off the stereo, could someone please help???

you need to remove the stereo 1st, this lets you see the two screws that are behind the stereo

how do i do this? where are the screws for it?

you need the release keys for the head unit any good stereo shop will sell you some of do it for you
