Audi A3 sport...perfect car!

I am satisfied with 2003 Audi A3 Sport ,not a
high performing car but still perfect one. i got a little kind of
problem . The problem is Grinding sound from the rear brakes.
i have tried a lot to find what could it be causing...but not suceed!
Any suggestion?Any idea??

i think the drum brake have not" bed in" properly...it is only guess!
NOT SURE!
