New tt eingines

Does anyone know when / if there are new engine options for the tt? I want a quattro tt but do not want the 3.2 v6 engine. Ideally I want the 2.0 engine that is in the S3, does anyone know why audi does not offer this or have any info?

a new audi TTS is probably expected within 2008. Expected output is 280hp, quattro. Will be shown in Geneva show in March. I hope we have more news by the end of 2007
