Creaking and Rattle???

So I just bought a TT 51 plate 52k miles and after a couple days heard a few annoying noises.

First one, i think is the rattle in the rear top left of the boot or the quarter panel. I have read it could be one of the "one use fastnerers" dislodging and therfore causing the rattle? Could this be the case and anyone know how to fix it?

Second and more worrying one is the creaking from the suspension. I think this could be a combo of the sway bar and bushings? I ahve also read that this happens when it is warm and only noticed it tonight when it has been warm (21c at 9.30 at night). So is it a case of greasing them up or needing new ones?

Any help appreciated.

maybe its the subs??? by the way what is the bes t subwoofer manufacturer, cause teh stock are terrible

Hi,

I had the same problem when going over holes or bumps.
The problem is the bushings of the sway bar. Replace the rubbers.
