Ecu Flashing

Hey i have a 01 TT Quattro and i am having a hard time with the flashing of the ECU was wondering if there is a manual way of doing it if so would love to know how.

You really shouldnt try and reamp "flash" the ecu if youer not sure what your doing ...
Im guessing you got some kind of tuning file on a lap top with a tuning box" byte shooter " of somekind and have plugged into obd port ??
You have to be careful as if you get a voltage drop while trying to transfer the map you can damage the ECU killing it then it will cost you as much for a new one as it would have to pay a proper tuning company/ remapper !!
Where do you live ?? I could recommend some companies in the uk which would cost you £250 -£400 if interested..

hey i don't have a computer program running to it i just thought you could take the power off and it would reset kinda like the subaru STI's ??? and for me i live in South Dakota in the U.S. but yeah if you can find anything or help me out with a flash it would be really great.
