I'm getting a noise of slight grinding or air escaping when I accellerate hard, it seems to happen when the turbo kicks in and getting gradually worse. I recently replaced the Mass Air Flow sensor and put in a K&N air filter.
Any suggestions? |

hello,
I think I am having the same problem. It is like air scaping when I am accelerating too. I am also loosing some power sometimes... What have you done on this? I have a 2000 Coupe Audi TT hard top. I took my car to a mechanic but he wasn't able to find anything. I haven't take it to the dealership. Where should I take it? Were you able to fix it? I am located in San Antonio, TX. Thanks, Julian |

How many miles does your tt have?
I parked it for the moment and am driving my winter beater still. I'm not sure what to do except become a tt mechanic. I think my clutch is failing also so I'm searching around to trade it in. I love the car but can't worry about failures. |
