My 2000 TT died the other day after idling in the cold too long, jump started it and drove over 500 miles with no problems throughout the day. After driving a few miles out of the car wash today i lost all acceleration and could not give it any gas and rolled to a stop. I replaced the battery and nothing improved, i couldnt get the engine to turn over but could here the starter trying to. Could there be anything getting wet or have condensation on it from the cold or water preventing my car to start? Anyone else heard of similar problems? Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!
