There are ways around it but it is expensive and most of the time it makes your car run like crap. There is a new spliter valve out by Forge you can try. It gives you the best of both worlds. Diverter Valve function with a blow off valve vent. Forge - The Splitter Combination DV/BOV - Polished: TT Stuff A Revo tune will do the most as far as performance goes. Save your money on the intake. An open air filter will increase noise but do to heat soak will do litte for performance. Check this site out for lots of performance goodies. The MOFO and the Boostmachine are worth it. The intakes look nice but I would just keep the stock airbox with a K&N filter insert. Modshack Home Good Luck with your TT. I recommend a boost gauge as one of your first mods. You will need to keep an eye on the boost especially if you are getting tuned/chipped. IndyTT 04 Red Audi TT 225 |

so why do people run a bov on a plum back set up if it makes the car run like crap?? also how good is the factory air box with flow i thought that to make the intake melo they would make it flow slower then a open filter..
