Question Induction kit's

Hi All.

I have just purcahsed a 'Raid' induction kit for my 2002 225q, i was just browsing other sites and on one website it say's you should not use oil saturated air filters as they can ruin the air/mass flow meter.

Has anyone had any previous problems with this induction kit or other oiled filters?

Thanks

It's a common problem with these type of filter and to be frank no gains are ever had only a nice induction noise.

Based on the facts, not straight away but over a short a few weeks may be months YES and that will cost you over £60.

If you do want an induction kit look at the BMC/CDA setup these are more MAF friendly and you should see some gains.

I ran this on my 2.8 Supercharged A4 worked great.
