Default 0-60 time :(

I have a 03 TT 180hp FWD and i timed my 0-60 today. it was very disapointing in the 7 to 8 second range i didnt use a stopwatch just counted. I really thought it was faster than that is this about normal? I have APR engine software in the a neuspeed p-flo intake, and a hks exhaust as well as a forge diverter valve. I was really expecting in like the 5s or something
is there something wrong or is it normal?

HI,
I have a TVR with a 4.0 Ltr engine and 380 BHP. The car weights 1250 KG with me on board.
0-60 MPH is achieved in 4.8 sec max. and you really have to push it to the limit, red-lining every gear and not slipping the clutch while changing gear to achieve it.
With your 180 BHP and a weight in working order of about 1800 KG, you don't have a chance on Earth to achieve anywhere near 5 or even 6 sec. Anything with that accelaration is in the supercar category.

Is the neuspeed p-flo intake a pretty good intake to have?

I really like it, it sounds great. It has a seperate oil filter that when you let off the gas it sounds like a BOV. All my friends ask me what that noise is and they say they want one. It is the only air intake ive had but i wouldnt want to get another. Hope this helps
