Default diverter valve?

is the diverter valve something you can get to and replace just by opening the hood? and if not how involved would it be to put a new one in?

It will take you about 10 mins to replace it, well thats what it took me to put it one, is pretty simple. Besides, most of the manufactures send you the instructions along wit the DV. I got a Forge and it's doing a pretty good job, that's a must if you have your car chipped.

Forge it's one of the best manufacturers for audi especially the TT, so you can't go wrong with Forge, but I'd recommend you to do a little research first and find out if Forge have what you are looking for. There are some others like Evo or stratmosphere that have pretty good reputation. And for the blow off valves they don't do one for the tt's because they don't use one (use DVs) so I'd not suggest to have one in your TT.

what about the Forge SplitR Recirc and Blow Off Valve? I really love the sound that a blow off valve makes but if it is not a wise choice than and a a regulaar diverter valve is the best way to go than thats what ill do. here is a link to the splitter Parts, Accessories, Styling and Performance Tuning for your Audi TT Coupe or TT Roadster
p.s. has anyone in the US ever ordered from this site and if so how long did it take for the product to get to you?
THANKS SO MUCH

Zero388,

Didn't see a location in you profile so I am not sure if this is relevant to you or not, The Splitter is on sale in the UK however we haven't received our first shipment here in the states. We hope to see them in the next couple of weeks...

We have been playing around with one of the prototypes for the last several months, sounds great and the car drives perfectly. Everyone will know that you have a "BOV".
