what is the best way to get a chip installed? just send my ecu to the manufactur or can the audi dealership do it? i have no idea and its a lot of hassle sending the ecu out specialy when i need to be driving my car any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated

What country are you in ??
In the uk you can get mobile re-mapping technicians to come to house or work and perform the upgrade or you could take it to a local car performance garage where they can fit the chip for you ![]()

dependin on the year, i say the best way is to try to a dealer and have them reflash the ECU, this is alot safer because u dont remove the ECU and soder something on it
