Need recommendations for brake pads and rotors

Hi everyone,

Just got a 01 1.8t TT with 75k miles on it. I am doing some minor upgrades, (tires, chip, intake, some body work, etc).

Anyway, does anyone have any recommendation on the following:

-high performance brake pads
-cross drilled or slotted rotors
-performance tires?

thats what i am still a bit at a loss with. anyway, anything you guys recommend would be extremely helpful. thanks a bunch.
