Default TT with a miss

Yes, I own a 2001 Audi TT 225HP, it has an APR chip, cats removed, intake, and exhaust. I am experiencing a miss at around 4000 rpm, i have changed the plugs and the coil pacs look fine. What can the problem be?? Has anyone ever experienced this before? help me
