Does the 3.2 liter DSG TT use the same new Haldex III unit found in the new A3? I ask because there is a mod offered by Haldex that moves more of the power delivery to the rear wheels (ala RS4). I wonder if it can be used on the latest 3.2's

Also any chips for the 3.2 yet?

i dont think a 3.2 will be any good
im sure its gonna be like a 5-10hp gain if they make one
and i bet its gonna cost like 300-500 for it

and the Haldex is not a full time AWD system
its FWD until needed

the new RS4 has a full time AWD with a 40/60 power split

Correct it is not a full time system. I was suggesting the power transfer when it is needed would be more rear biased. The Haldex mod seems interesting, but I remeber reading somewhere that the 3.2 TT's had a more agressive setup than the earlier TT's. The Haldex mod cannot be used with the new A3's. I'm not sure if it can be used with the current R32.

This first link gives a good overview of the system. Its worth the read.
