Light stays on and windows are down about 1/2 ". Computer must think top is still down or not tight enough to turn off light. Does anyone know how to tighen up top?

My date and time also always changes to 7-1-98. Strange. Anyone else have this problem?

Very strange thing with the date and time. Usually that happens when the battery dies or it is disconnected. I suppose that's not your case. Maybe you should check the connectors behind the instrument panel. There are two connectors, each having some tightening lever mechanism. Get them out, then place them back, maybe it helps.

How did you fix the top with the switch not being pushed over all the way?
