I am having an issue with my TT's shifter. 2001 Audi TT AWD 225. It makes a loud single knock or crack sound when the shifter is moved from 3rd to neutral. This does not happen everytime but often. It appears that when accelerating suring this shifting maneuver is when is is most common. Anyone already know what this is?
