A quick scan of the offerings on sites like tirerack.com are showing only a few offerings. Depending on what rims you are fitted with the tires are quite pricey. If you are running the 20" you may want to think about an 18" wheel and tire package to save coin.
In terms of performance for your money the Vredestein's , the dunlop Grandtrek or the Bridgestone Blizzak will be pretty much unstoppable in the snow. Any modern snow tire is very soft and will wear quickly on dry pavement though so change them out as soon as winter is done.
