Just in process of ordering new A6 and choosing which phone prep to go for....Have a Nokia 6230i which I believe has SAP. You mention with the bluetooth mobile phone connection (£650 option) you can receive SMS, but can you send them from the MMI?
Also you mention they stay in the car as well as missed calls etc...No way of synchronising with the phone before you disconnect from the vehicle?
