Hey Siglos

I ran the codes for you here: PlanetVAG.com - VAG Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) or OBDII Code Search Looks like you have some bad O2 sensors and an issue with the SAI.

17526 P1118 O2 Sensor Heater Circ. Bank1-Sensor2 OpenVW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Bentley, Lamborgini, Bugatti
17819 P1411 Sec.Air Inj.Sys. Bank2 Flow too FlowVW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Bentley, Lamborgini, Bugatti
17522 P1114 Bank1-Sensor2 Internal Resistant too HighVW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Bentley, Lamborgini, Bugatti
16687 P0303 Cyl.3 Misfire DetectedVW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Bentley, Lamborgini, Bugatti
16524 P0140 O2 Sensor Circ. Bank1-Sensor2 No Activity DetectedVW, Audi, Skoda, Seat, Bentley, Lamborgini, Bugatti

Are you using a real VAG-COM or a generic reader? REason why I ask is that a generic reader might not give you any transmission codes. If you have a VAG-COM and you go to the transmission tab, no errors there?

Cheers
