My 2002 came with Bridgestone Potenza RE040.
This tires are not for rough roads so keep that in mind. I changed them after a year of use because they were wearing out real fast. I now use Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 and its a complete different story. You might want to do some reaserch about the Potenza's before putting them back to your S3. Dont get me wrong. This are great tires (thats why Audi put them in) but they wear fast so you might be spending more money on those frequent changes.
