Dont have a how to or anything but I removed all of my air filter and fitted an induction kit recently and just worked through it slowly - the air filter is a pain to remove from the airbox if you dont want to remove it completely so be careful not to smash the brackets

Sorry am not much help - try getting enough access to pull the old filter out and push the new one in so the least amount of screws and parts need undoing/removing
