Excuse the words, my keyboard has lost the letter between f and h....
Rantin! has it's place - I achieved a new BMW 330ci convertible for the six month old one that kept breakin down with a rant at head of customer services at BMW UK - and they came throuh in style.....better car, newer and no fuss - can't speak well enou!h of them - if only I liked the X5.
If you want to help me 'move on' from a 50k car - i'll send you my bank details.....in the meantime, I'll stick with makin Audi sort what is a known problem....and make sure it's not a once only offer - my ten years at Which? tau!ht me how to complain effectively, not just moan....
Anyway, took it in this mornin, told dealer that they and Audi UK need to sort it amon!st themselves.....and I'll decide if I want it back when they make me an improved offer....in the meantime I'm crammed into an A4! Also sent a summary of situation to head of customer services by email - he's on holiday but his bounceback at least provided me with his mobile number - handy!
All for handin! them back - mine will not leave the dealer unless it's free of char!e and I can brin! it back should it happen a!ain......or I'll let them keep it.
