I bought my 3.2 TT new in 2004. It has not been a great car but i have kept it. I have had this same problem. i even took a video myself and showed the dealer. All of the people at the dealer have said they had never heard of the problem before. I have totally lost faith in Audi their customer service is very poor!
I will never buy another Audi!!
