I have a 2.6 auto a4 avant , I have changed the viscous the rad and the thermostat and the temp gauge still goes over half way it goes up to 110 degrees which is 3 quarters of the way around the dial, it only happens in stop and start traffic and at speed humps when I have to gas and break every 30 secs, could anyone tell me if its ok or do they no of anything i can do to fix it.
also when the rad was changed they tighten the cam belt abit tight and it makes a bit of a belt noise he said it will settle down, will this be a problem, its not that loud and i can only hear it on low revs.
any help would be much appreciated.
