If you do cross-continent motoring you might consider that tyre wear is comparitively high and you might not do a round trip without changing tyres
That may be a bit of an excageration [sic] but if you travel 50,000 miles or more annually then you will find tyre replacement costs to be untennable. In fact it is unacceptable whatever your annual mileage but a high mileage business user should certainly think carefully about alternatives.
