I took some carb cleaner and sprayed the purge valve, then loaded both ends with the carb cleaner and plugged but ends, then shook it up and let the thing dry. Now it's working with a less of clicking sound. I mean, it still clicks slightly, but before, it clicked very loudly and slowly, as if the valve was glued or something.

Also the check engine light cleared itself after 2 days.
