hi i have the 2.0tdi sport and only have red light covers in mine, they only fit the lights in certain models (i think it might only be the se) but to save having to manufacture different door cards for different models they fit the reflectors to fill the hole and i suppose they are better than nothing. you can buy kits from audi to fit the puddle lights and the red lights into the doors or footwell lights but they are all at a cost and will be a lot of work to fit. hope this helps, cheers mark.
