Yesterday I went and sat in Tonbridge Audi until they had given HO enough details to enable them to asses whther they would give any goodwill, I was getting the hump with being messed around so I thought this was best course of action.
First of all they came back and said that as car is over 5 years they wont cover anything, I then pointed out that it is a 53 plate and only just over 4 years old! So they have offered 25% towards the cost of repairs, which is rubbish but as good as it gets. The total bill is £2700 so I will have to pick up £2025.
Basically you can follow Audi guidlines on servicing, maintenance and repair and should your car go wrong its your problem (-25% if your lucky).
Thats life I suppose...
